Determining the Sustainable Development Strategies and Adoption Paths for Public Bike-Sharing Service Systems (PBSSSs) under Various Users’ Considerations

Public bike-sharing service systems (PBSSSs) offer an alternative to satisfy users’ needs for short-trip connections. The PBSSSs provide options connections and diversify the experience different users. also play a critical role in enabling urban citizens reduce drive their cars using public transport instead. This study explores performance of three styles It proposes integrated evaluation model system (PBSSS). DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory) was used solve network relation structure between aspects. ANP (analytic process) applied evaluate relationship aspects component weights. VIKOR (Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) analyze system’s users regarding its strengths weaknesses. After comparing weaknesses various preferences bike systems, development strategy based on NRM (network map). results can aid PBSSS providers managers, strengthen PBSSSs’ competitiveness, make become best connection transportation tool.
